Contract

Both parties agree that browsing the website and gathering information regarding the services provided by the seller does not constitute an offer to sell, but merely an invitation to treat. The parties accept that an offer is only made once you have selected the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, and made payment.
Both parties agree that the acceptance of the offer is not made when the seller confirms the order has been placed online. Your offer is only accepted when Energymall informs you either by email or by phone of the acceptance of your ordered product. The dispatch of your ordered product constitutes further consideration on the part of EnergyMall wherein you may be charged for delivery. Should you however opt to pay on delivery, then our acceptance of your offer will be communicated to you and delivery made. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise, same shall be swapped. Before your order is confirmed, you may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before Energymall accept the order.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. EnergyMall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time before delivery is made.

Payment

Energymall are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, Energymall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, Energymall may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Energymall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, Energymall will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

Indemnity

Delivery

This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. Energymall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Energymall shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This warranty is valid for the period as given by the manufacturer for each product from the date of
purchase. During this time, the warranty only covers repairs for defects in materials and workman- ship. Each products exact warranty period will be issued at the time of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following:
– Repair of defective parts/components.
– Labor costs associated with the repair of the device.

3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
– Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. – Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
– Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage. – Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions.
– Loss or theft of the device

– Installation defects
– Replacement of the product sold
– And any other related issue not mentioned in paragraph 2 above.

4. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

– Provide proof of purchase and details of the defect.
– Follow the instructions provided for returning the device, if necessary.

Kindly note that you are to return the product to our office before we can commence such repair or revamping as the case may be.

Refund Policy

At EnergyMall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If we are unable to completely deliver your purchase due to the product being out of stock or any other related reason, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Refund for Out of Stock Orders: Refunds are available within 1- 4 working days of the payment date or from the day we discovered the product is out of stock. Such refunds do not attract any form of deduction from us.

2. Refunds for cancelled transactions: Refunds are available within 1 – 4 working days for customers who have deposited funds for a product (either completely or in part) and later cancels the order before pickup or shipment, requesting for refund.

3. Account for refund: All refunds shall be made via bank transfer to the exact deposit account which we recognize as the source of the funds to be deposited.

4. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-4 business days to the original payment method.

5. Ineligibility: Products confirmed and shipped are not eligible for refunds, If they have issues, they can be eligible for warranty. Kindly read our general warranty policy for clarity.

Return Policy
