You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification prior to making a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale fully govern the sale of goods and services purchased on this Site. No extrinsic evidence, whether oral or written, will be incorporated.

Both parties agree that browsing the website and gathering information regarding the services provided by the seller does not constitute an offer to sell, but merely an invitation to treat. The parties accept that an offer is only made once you have selected the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, and made payment.
Both parties agree that the acceptance of the offer is not made when the seller confirms the order has been placed online. Your offer is only accepted when Energymall informs you either by email or by phone of the acceptance of your ordered product. The dispatch of your ordered product constitutes further consideration on the part of EnergyMall wherein you may be charged for delivery. Should you however opt to pay on delivery, then our acceptance of your offer will be communicated to you and delivery made. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise, same shall be swapped. Before your order is confirmed, you may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before Energymall accept the order.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. EnergyMall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time before delivery is made.

Energymall are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, Energymall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, Energymall may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Energymall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, Energymall will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

Any personal information collected in relation to the use of this website will be held and used in accordant with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms of Use and User Agreement.

This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. Energymall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Energymall shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty on Products:

Warranty on products are strictly as provided for by Manufacturers of products. EnergyMall does not offer any warranty on products save as covered and provided for by the Manufacturer. EnergyMall shall however, assist its customers in claiming any available warranty according to the terms on products as offered by the Manufacturer.

Kindly note that the warranties provided on products by the Manufacturer shall cease to exist in accordance with the terms of warranty so stated by the Manufacturer. Also, warranty shall cease to exist when a customer or 3^rd party tampers with the product in a manner inconsistent with regular usage, during delivery or after delivery has been made.

Warranty on Installation Services:

Where products have been supplied or bought from EnergyMall with a request for Installation, EnergyMall shall carry out such installation services with a warranty period of 6month or 1year as may be provided. Please note that for customers to enjoy this Warranty on Installation services, all products so installed, must have been bought from EnergyMall and the entire installation process must have been handled by EnergyMall staff.

The warranties provided on installation, shall cease to exist when a 3rd party tampers with our installation before, during or after service has been rendered. Where installations mounted by EnergyMall has been tampered with, the cost of repairs and other incidental logistics shall be borne solely by the customer.
